Description
The L-6S is a lower-priced version of the L-5S, which was introduced in 1972 as a solid version of Gibson’s top-of-the-line L-5CES archtop guitar.
This one was made in 1979, renamed L-6S Custom around 1975.
It has a maple body, maple neck, ebony fingerboard, and closed-style Souver humbucking pickups.
It features a 6-position variation sound switch, which is only available on the L-6S.
* It has been cleaned, string replaced, rod adjusted, octave adjusted, and string height adjusted after our arrival, so it is in good playing condition.
There are some minor scratches and small dings, but considering its age, it is in good condition.
