We are pleased to announce the arrival of a pre-owned 60s J-45 in the popular Ebony (Black) color, made in 2024.
The back of the headstock has some paint deterioration like rubber marks from a clip tuner, the back of the body has marks near the neck on the bass string side where something was sticking to the lacquer that affected the lacquer, and the back of the neck at the 10th fret has a band of burnt paint that looks like it is from a stand. The back of the neck at the 10th fret has a band of yuzu skin that appears to have been caused by stand burn. Other than that, we can confirm shallow wear spots on the 1st and 2nd frets caused by the left hand fingernail, some playing scratches on and around the pickguard due to picking, and some light scratches that can be seen on newer products, all of which are in good average condition.
The neck is in proper condition, and the truss rod has been confirmed to operate at 60 degrees left and right. The frets have been rubbed together and are not dented, and more than 90% of the height remains. Both playability and sound are perfect.
You can enjoy the jangly sound of the adjustable saddle. This is one that we recommend.
