This is a reissue model designed by Mike Biegel himself, using the direct circuit of the original MUTRON from the 1970s, which is still very popular in the vintage market.
It is much lighter and more compact in size, and has newly added practical functions such as volume control and “mix” mode, which were not available on the original.
The deep filter sound, reminiscent of vintage analog synth bass lines, far surpasses the level of the auto-wah category, and is the original and final form of the envelope filter.
