Description
RIDDIM collaboration model of “koike drums” shell, whose workshop is located in Nakatsugawa, Gifu Prefecture. This is a truly handmade snare made in Japan, hand-assembled from local chestnut wood in block form and molded by hand.
There are very few cases where chestnut wood is used for the shell, and the stave shell model is also very rare.
The sound is characterized by a delicate and quick response, softer than hard materials such as maple, and combined with the internally wound hoop, it has a comfortable feel as if the stick bites into it.
The sound is full-range with a fat and well-balanced sound. It has plenty of power.
There are some minor scratches on the shell, but there is no particular damage, and it sounds very good and is still in good condition.
