Using a similar construction to the Tele Lead with a vintage-hot Tele style wind, sand cast alnico 2 rod magnets, and copper-plated steel bottom plate, the Twang Banger is a Stratocaster bridge pickup that delivers snap and twang. The high end is spanky and the low end is articulate (like a Telecaster), but the shape & size is that of a standard Stratocaster pickup.Pair with our Alnico II Pro Staggered Strat middle rwrp.Hand built in Santa Barbara, CA, the Twang Banger uses sand cast alnico 2 rod magnets with a modern pole stagger, cloth push-back lead wire, a copper-plated steel bottom plate, and is wax potted for squeal free operation.
